The Challenge/Goal

Due to COVID-19, the client needed to quickly shift an in-person event to go virtual. RockIt Events was engaged to source and contract an immersive, digital platform with a variety of interactive elements. The virtual event platform was needed for three days of keynotes, breakouts, training, networking, exhibits, gamification and more.

The Results

RockIt Events researched and conducted demos with over ten of the top digital event platforms in two weeks. After identifying two top platform recommendations, the client found the best virtual platform to fit their needs with a significant cost savings after successful negotiations.
