As the Senior Director of Strategic Events & Business Development at RockIt Events, Phaedra brings over 30 years of domestic and international event management experience. With unparalleled expertise in event planning, corporate production, virtual event production, and multimedia communications, she has successfully executed multi-million-dollar events. Phaedra's forte lies in large-scale, visible client and employee functions, as well as venue contract negotiations. Alongside her long-time friend, Heather Hite, she leads a talented team of event managers at RockIt Events.

Kate DeGrasse is one of our Program Directors, a virtual events guru, and a rockstar Event Lead on our team. After 10 years at technology companies in the Silicon Valley, she understands how to tailor events and programs to exceed clients’ expectations. She brings a history of leading events, marketing and communications for brands including Apple, Cisco, eBay, StubHub, and more. Kate is creative, detail-oriented and a skilled communicator who can translate difficult concepts into clear communications and strategies.

Julie Clarke joins RockIt Events as our Senior Director, Events and Marketing. She is a results-oriented event marketing leader passionate about building high-performing teams that create memorable events experiences together. Julie has 25+ years of Silicon Valley based marketing experience and has consistently delivered strategic, results-driven internal and external events for companies including Autodesk, CapitalOne, Certinia, Cisco, Leviti, Netflix, Pure Storage, Salesforce, Xilinx and Zoom.

As Project Manager, Catrina keeps the RockIt Team on track to ensure the successful execution of all event timelines. Always eager to go the extra mile for our clients and exceed all expectations, Catrina is an invaluable asset to the RockIt team. She runs a tight ship, we would be lost without her!
