The Client & Event

This client designs and delivers purpose-built server, storage, and networking solutions to meet today’s data center demands.This was the company’s first Inaugural President’s Club for the winners and their guests in Kona, Hawaii.

The Challenge/Goal

Our client wanted to provide  a mix of relaxing and adventurous activities for their President’s Club winners and guests to enjoy. Since a variety of activity options were available, attendees’ selections needed to be collected and tracked to make reservations  prior to the event. Attendees were traveling from all over the world for this President’s Club, so our client wanted to ensure that everyone enjoyed once in a lifetime experiences that were unique to Hawaii.

The Results

RockIt Events sourced and managed a number of unique to Kona activities for attendees to participate in including an exclusive tour to the summit of Maunakea where attendees were able to watch the sunset and stargaze at one of the world's greatest astronomical observation sites. Another evening activity included a guided swim and snorkeling experience from a private beach to a cove of manta rays with the Manta Ray Advocates of Hawaii. Day activities included a hike to the Kohala waterfall, ziplining above a Hawaiian rainforest, massages, golf and catamaran boat tours, transportation, meals, and special add-ons to each experience.

In addition, RockIt Events developed a website to manage the President’s Club information including activities that attendees could pre-select. All pertinent event information was updated and communicated throughout this site.
