The Challenge/Goal

This client needed an additional entry level team member to join their team as a part time, temporary contractor to support with data analysis and data entry, communications including newsletters, event project management and logistics. After a few months, the client's needs grew and they needed full time support from this team member. 

The Results

RockIt Events acted as a staffing agency and quickly onboarded a Tradeshow Event Specialist contractor to support this team. The new team member exceeded expectations with her excellent writing skills, ability to quickly learn the internal programs, fast data entry and knowledge of excel. She was such a great fit that when the clients' needs grew, she was the clear choice to take on full time work. RockIt Events managed the offer and employee’s transition to full time.
