A leader in legal services, this client provides high-caliber legal talent to major corporations around the world. They requested RockIt Events to create a unique event experience for their prospects and customers to attend in conjunction with a large legal conference in Nashville.
The Challenge/Goal
Our challenge was to find an event venue location within walking distance of the Music City Convention Center in Nashville for 30 conference attendees that was also different from the usual happy hour party location. The sales team desired a quieter space to have meaningful conversations with their attendees, but also wanted to tie into the fun vibe of Nashville.
The Results
RockIt Events researched many downtown venues and quickly learned that many were already secured for other companies who were sponsoring the same conference. Since the client was willing to try a different type of event, RockIt Events sourced a number of retail stores that provide private shopping parties in their location. The client loved the options and quickly decided to host a Sip & Shop event at Tecovas, a men’s and women’s Western boot store, in downtown Nashville.
The client’s event secured a 95% live attendee rate and many of the attendees stayed over 90 minutes while they enjoyed the private shopping experience and craft cocktails. The sales team members had in-depth conversations with the attendees, and it was extremely memorable as most attendees said they never experienced an event like this before.
