15 in-person and virtual tradeshows over the course of 6 months for a global cloud-based finance, HR, planning, and spend management company

The Challenge/Goal

This client’s tradeshow program ramped up significantly in the Summer of 2021 and they needed a Senior Tradeshow Manager to support their efforts. They needed a tradeshow expert to act as an extension of their team quickly to manage their presence at virtual and in-person tradeshows that they were sponsoring. In addition, they had some email marketing needs to communicate with sponsors via newsletters.

The Results

RockIt Events quickly onboarded a Senior Tradeshow Manager contractor to support this team. The new team member hit the ground running and took on the pre-event, onsite and post-event tradeshow planning logistics including project management, reporting, and email marketing. She started by successfully supporting two tradeshows within two weeks of her onboarding. The client was so pleased with this contractor's performance that they increased her contract hours to full-time and extended her to support them for another year.
