Annual customer conference for 600 attendees in Austin, Texas for an SaaS company. This company has grown into the world’s leading human insight platform that enables companies of all sizes to experience what their customers experience.

The Challenge/Goal

Our client wanted to create a unique Human Experience Living Room space designed for a variety of discussions and presentations, ranging from partner highlights and testimonials to demos and promotional content during their customer conference. The goal was to make the meeting space feel welcoming and conversational while maintaining the event's visual and experiential brand aesthetic. The challenge was to fabricate something conducive to the small shared space on a very limited budget.

The Results

By collaborating closely with our creative team and partners, we were able to develop a room design that was simple, inviting, and ultimately effective. We incorporated a custom cedar wood wall from the backdrop to bring in the rustic Austin flare, complemented by a bold neon sign to add a bold, modern touch that aligned with the brand’s identity. To finish, we added cozy living room-style furniture and decor—creating a space that felt both inviting and on-brand. Throughout the entire conference, there was a steady turn out of attendees at every session, and at times the space was overflowing!
